ARE YOU STILL OPEN?
Yes, but during this difficult time we are doing out best to serve our community and customers. We are currently open with limited hours and have created the below protocols to keep everyone happy, healthy, and safe during Covid 19
POLICIES
Masks are mandatory during your visit to our store, they must cover both your nose and mouth during the entirety of your visit
We recommend you continue to social distance whenever possible to further prevent the spread of COVID-19
If you have recently travelled or are ill we cannot serve you at this time
Please DO NOT touch any of the equipment while in the store unless you have been given EXPLICIT permission by one of our associates during a demonstration. This includes store mascots (our dogs who are friendly, please just ignore)
All payments, unless ordered through our online portal, will be received upon pick up. All payments received over the phone are subject to a 3% processing fee
We encourage our customers to browse our ORDER ONLINE portal to pre-purchase smaller items to limit wait times and to be notified for any out-of-stock items
We are NOT issuing ANY returns, exchanges, or in-store credits at this time for the safety or our customers and employees. Due to the nature of fitness equipment, being in one’s home, hygienic reasons, and possibly having multiple users, we cannot risk the health of other customers or employees at this time
Any deposits placed on larger equipment purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the difficulty the industry is currently facing with shipping charges, increased product pricing, and product shortages
