At least twice a month we will be adding informational blog posts to keep new and past clients up to date with information surrounding the fitness industry. Whether it be exercises that target a certain muscle group, a new product that’s entered the market, rehabilitation practices, or general maintenance practices for equipment we want nothing more than to keep our viewers informed.
